Nezas Fish House

Fish house nezas is the best place to eat in new Peramos! We went many times there, but I’ll talk about last time I’ve been there. We had the muscles with the signature mustard, an octopus, a squid and fried zucchini. These all costed 50€ along with our drinks and bread. The service was friendly and they made sure everything was fine. They didn’t take long to take our order or to deliver our food, which was prepared pretty fast. The food quality was amazing with fresh ingredients and nicely cooked dishes. Everything was delicious and nicely- beautifully served! At the restaurant has many fish like sea bass that are are bought everyday and at display for you to pick and after you choose, they prepare it for you to enjoy there or take away ! Overall the only negative I’d find is in the price compared to other fish restaurants, but to be honest it is worth the extra few bucks that you pay, because in my experience they can’t compete with this quality and perfection!

Really it's by far the best fish restaurant from Near Peramos. Very crowded so you need a reservation. Need to wait aprox 30-40 minutes to get ur dish. Tje restaurant is located between Nea Peramos and Iraklitsa, across the street of the harbour. A small playground for kids is also available

Fresh fish, that you pick out yourself, cooked to perfection. Prices and quantities are unmatched. I go out of my way to eat here. Totally worth it.

I cannot begin to detail HOW GOOD this restaurant is! by far THE BEST fish restaurant we ever visited, ANYWHERE! the quality of the fish is premium, perfectly cooked, absolutely delicious everything is super fresh and perfectly cooked! The staff is super friendly and attentive, #kudos to Malama and her daughter, also the boy waiter (don't remember his name, but he is tall and very kind also) extremely nice and attentive staff overall, we ate here for 9 days straight all our lunches, perfect everytime! will definetly revisit and will definetly eat here all our lunches!

This restaurant offers an amazing dining experience. The food was served relatively quickly after we ordered. The fish dishes were incredibly delicious and tasty - crab calves, roasted octopus, steamed mussels. The salads were really fresh. The staff's ability to remain hospitable and welcoming during such a busy hour was truly impressive. It would be a good idea to make a reservation beforehand, as it can get quite full. The atmosphere was lively and energetic, the music was a nice touch. If you are planning a vacation in Nea Peramos, you HAVE GOT to eat at Nezas!

Nice place with a really good selection of fresh fish and sea food. There is lot to try and the best part is that it is fresh. It is a take away and dine in place. The service is very good, fast and very polite. The people here are very nice and friendly. The seating area is on the street but I don’t mind. It is OK. It is crowded, make sure you check availability if you want to sit at the place. A recommendation, definitely.

This was the standout restaurant of our entire stay in Nea Peramos and Kavala! The fish, salad, bread, and dips were simply outstanding—each dish was bursting with flavor. The atmosphere was great, with the bright, cool lighting somehow perfectly fitting the overall vibe and adding to the experience. Service was decent, although a bit slow and not very attentive. However, staying at a nearby Airbnb, we noticed the staff working tirelessly from morning until night, so we understood why things might be a bit slower. The fish was, without a doubt, the best I’ve ever had. The roasted flavor was exquisite, and the sauce complemented it perfectly. The tempura shrimp was also incredible—crispy and delicious. This place was a true gem!

The food is so delicious! Big quantity and quality! I have never seen bigger calamari! Only the location is not very nice.
